Jim Gossett Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer,

company, as well as previously founding another company that went
on to have a successful IPO in 1996.
Daryll Bennett Founder & Chief Technology Officer, was previously
the Senior Network Engineer and MIS Manager at Venture Catalyst,
a publicly traded Southern California based web hosting and design
facility.
Michelle Muradoglu Director of Physician Relations & Development,
responsible for physician recruitment and retention, was previously
Manager of Physician Sales for iPhysicianNet, a leading pharmaceutical
e-Detailing company, where she was responsible for recruiting national
contracts representing some 19,000 physicians.
James C. Crews retired on May 1, 2000 as President and Chief
Executive Officer of Banner Health Arizona, a division of the Banner
Health System formed in September 1999 as a result of a merger between
Samaritan Health System and Lutheran Health Systems. Mr. Crews has
spent over 36 years as the Chief Executive Officer of hospitals
and integrated health systems in the United States.
Rob Dhoble EVP, Director Global Healthcare Operations Diversified
Agency Services/Omnicom Group. Rob Dhoble is charged with integrating
and coordinating the efforts of the firm's healthcare agencies,
specialized healthcare marketing services companies and Omnicom
general advertising agencies on a worldwide platform to successfully
support the needs of global brand initiatives. In conjunction with
his corporate responsibility for client-centric strategy development,
Rob's efforts seek to capitalize on the increasing desire of clients
to select strong agency teams that can execute complete communications
solutions across multiple audiences on a worldwide basis. In coordination
with DAS/Omnicom firms, his client strategies include the customization
of brand-building solutions that span the full scope of the pharmaceutical
and biotechnology research and development process.
Rob was previously President of Acuity HealthGroup, a healthcare
relationship-marketing consultancy within Rapp Collins Worldwide.
Before joining Omnicom in 1998, Rob was COO of Torre Lazur Healthcare
Group, a unit of McCann-Erickson Worldwide. Prior to enjoying the
variety and complexity of the service side, Rob has held successive
marketing and sales management positions within Lederle Laboratories,
Wallace Laboratories, and Rorer Pharmaceuticals. His industry perspective
has been featured in Pharmaceutical Executive, The Economist, Product
Management Today, American Demographics and Medical Marketing &
Media.

Fendly has over 22 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience,
specifically in providing sales and marketing information solutions
to leading pharmaceutical companies. Most recently Ms. Fendly was
the National Sales Director for NDC Health, Inc. With 18 years at
Walsh/PMSI (now NDC Health), Jo was instrumental in developing physician
and managed care targeting tools, call reporting systems, and sales
compensation reporting for sales force management. Jo also has extensive
experience in developing integrated data warehouse systems with
the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Gregg A. Fiddes has held a variety of senior-level positions
in the wireless technology, Internet transaction and handheld computing
industries. Most recently, Mr. Fiddes was Vice-President of Palm's
Enterprise Business Group in charge of Palm's Enterprise Strategy,
Product Development, Product Marketing and Business Development.
Mr. Fiddes was instrumental in developing Palm's first corporate
wireless email product and partnership deals with Wireless Carriers,
Siebel, ThinAir Apps, Extended Systems and others. Prior to Palm,
Mr. Fiddes was the North America Group Manager for Business Development
for VeriFone/Hewlett-Packard's Internet Commerce Division. Mr. Fiddes
worked at BellSouth International and BellSouth Mobile Data where
he developed cellular and wireless data businesses domestically
and internationally. Mr. Fiddes started his career in GE's Technical
Marketing Program and was a leading sales representative in GE's
Electrical Distribution and Programmable Controls Division. Mr.
Fiddes holds a BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an
MBA from Babson Graduate School of Business.
Karl Fledderjohn is the former President of AlliedSignal, Equipment
and Controls Group, previously AiResearch Group, where he was responsible
for 9 divisions with $1.6 billion in sales. Mr. Fledderjohn has
a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, and
an MBA from Butler University.
Joseph Gossett MD, is a former physician. Dr. Gossett was the
Medical Director of Scottsdale Health Care System's Out-Patient
Surgery Department for 25 years, and President of Scottsdale Billing
Service (a medical billing corporation) for 20 years. Dr. Gossett
has a Medical Degree from the University of Iowa.
James A. Miller CPA, is a prior Partner of PriceWaterhouse LLP
(now PriceWaterhouse Coopers). Mr. Miller was based in the Chicago
office, but also served in the Sydney-Australia, Karachi-Pakistan,
New York-USA, and London-England (including the Middle East and
Africa) offices. His experience includes working on acquisitions
and mergers and audit and advisory services in the healthcare, communications,
food, and manufacturing sectors, among others. Mr. Miller has a
B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Daniel Sullivan, is president and CEO of Sinus Rhythm Technologies,
a Company developing a technology to deal with cardiac abnormalities
known as atrial fibrillation. Formerly, Mr. Sullivan was President
and CEO of Vascular Science, founded in 1996 to develop products and
procedures to do coronary bypass surgery without using sutures.
The company had raised over $10 million privately to finance its growth
and was sold to St. Jude Medical in September 1999 for $80 million plus
future consideration. Previously, he was one of the key executives that
built SCIMED, which was sold to Boston Scientific Corporation for over
$800 million. His board positions include: Atritech, Inc. C0-founder
